InXpress has been a very positive addition to our domestic and international shipping needs. Carrick is always happy to go above and beyond with his service and he has exceptional knowledge with regards to anything shipping.

Looking after all the logistics in my job, I have dealt directly with many different freight companies. All a pain to deal with. Since we signed up with InXpress I now liaise with Carrick alone who is excellent at his job and gives great customer service. Through InXpress we have the option of using TNT, DHL and TOLL and all at further reduced rates than if we were to deal with them directly. I am no longer stuck on the phone trying to get through to someone and chase up missing consignments. I call Carrick who is always there to help and gets to the bottom of any problem and has an ETA for me in no time. The automatic booking system is so easy to use. You can easily compare pricing between different carriers and their different services and have it all booked in and the labels emailed to you. All in all, I would highly recommend Carrick and InXpress. Excellent service! So easy to use and a pleasure to deal with.
