Help was available through every step of the way. I was not made to feel insignificant because I am only a small business who had one parcel to send. Everything was explained and I felt valued. Very happy to have found help with something that would otherwise normally be very stressful to me personally.

Previously we would spend many hours a week on the phone chasing up freight and delivery times with our last carrier. This year, since moving all our freight including our same day services to InXpress, it has been a real delight to see how efficiently your network is handling our freight, even with Sydney deliveries during lockdowns. I really appreciate Phil's and Robyn’s assistance in always being available to answer any queries. InXpress has saved me time, money and headache.
